Popsicle Stick Jewelry Holders

Popsicle Stick Jewelry Holders

Popsicle sticks aren’t just for kids anymore! Who knew these simple little sticks could solve your jewelry woes? We’ve discovered a fun, creative way for your tweens to keep their earrings safe and their necklaces tangle-free—because everyone loves a good DIY hack!

What you will need:

  • Plain popsicle sticks

  • Wood Glue and regular adhesive glue (E6000 etc.)

  • Wood Paint in your favorite colors

  • Your Dress It Up embellishments to match your theme

  • Nail clippers or a button shank remover

  • Fun Add-ons….Feathers, rhinestones for sparkle, whatever matches your personalized theme!

Let’s get started on your super fun jewelry holder project!

  • Step 1: Start by creating your base using 5 popsicle sticks. You can leave them plain or paint them to match your style—this is your chance to get creative! While your sticks are drying (after gluing them together), you can jump into the fun part: personalizing the holder.

  • Step 2: What’s your theme? Are you a princess who loves pink and purple? Or maybe you're into bright flowers with orange and yellow hues? Grab your favorite colors and start painting your sticks to match your style!

  • Step 3: Once your painted sticks are dry, it’s time to glue them together just like the picture shows, creating a fun little rack for your jewelry. Let it dry for about 10 minutes—patience is key here!

  • Step 4: Now comes the best part! Grab your Dress It Up embellishments (what’s your favorite one?). Use nail clippers to snip off the button loops, turning them into flat embellishments. Add a dab of adhesive to make sure they stick, then attach them to your popsicle stick rack. Let everything dry for another 10 minutes.

  • Step 5: Finally, take your last two popsicle sticks and attach them to the back of your holder, securing the whole thing at a fun slight angle for that perfect personalized touch.

And voila! No more tangled necklaces or lost earrings! Your new DIY jewelry holder is ready to save the day (and your jewelry).
