Minnie Magic: Crafting a DIY Embellished Fabric Bow

What You'll Need:

Dress It Up Button Pack in Mickey and Minnie
Fabric
Fabric Glue
Needle and Thread
Elastic ribbon

  

Instructions:

1. Cut Your Material: Start by measuring your head for the length of the headband base. It should be tight, but comfortable to wear. For the ribbon you are going to need 2 large rectangle pieces and 1 long strip of fabric. 

2. Sewing The Fabric Together: Sew the two larger pieces together and sew the long strip flat. 

3. Assembling The Bow: Using a needle and thread to sew up through the bow piece to pinch the middle and create ruffles. Then sew on the long strip to secure the bow together. 

1. Attach the bow to your headband piece: Once the bow is assembled it's time to add it to the elastic cord. Use a needle and thread to sew through the bow and into the elastic cord. 
5. Adding Embellishments: Using fabric glue or other strong adhesive, attached your embellishments. Let glue dry.
