St. Patty's Day Hair Bows
Follow along as we create a fun St. Patrick's Day inspired hair bow using Pot O' Gold from Dress It Up Button Embellishments. Only a few items are required to create these simple bows with very minimal sewing experience needed. Sara Ellis will show you how to use 7/8 in and 3/8 inch ribbon pieces to create a looped bow and how to use your Pot O' Gold to personalize the center of each bow.
Materials List :
Pot O' Gold Button Embellishments (can sub for Leprechaun Singles & Lucky You)
Hot Glue Gun
Scissors
Needle and thread, doubled and knotted
3 10 inch pieces of 7/8 inch ribbon
4 9 inch pieces of 3/8 inch ribbon
1 1/2 inch metal hair clip
1 1/2 inch piece of 3/8 inch ribbon
Ribbon measurement guide :
(Width of Bow x 2) + 2 inches = length of ribbon for first layer
Subsequent layers : subtract 1 inch
