What You'll Need:
Dress It Up Button Pack in Ice Cream N Sprinkles
Zipper
Fabric ( We used 100% cotton)
Fabric Glue
Sewing Machine
Needle and Thread
Instructions:
1. Cut Out Your Fabric: Start by deciding on the size and shape of your coin
Carefully cut out 2 square pieces. This will be the main part of your purse.
2. Sew the Zipper: Position the zipper along the top edge of one of the pieces of fabric, with the right side facing down. Aligning the edges, and sew along the zipper using a sewing machine or by hand. Repeat the process for the other side of the zipper.
3. Sew Around: With the zipper attached, sew around the edges of your coin purse, leaving a small opening at the bottom to turn it inside out. Be sure to reinforce the stitching at the corners to prevent unraveling.
4. Finishing Touches: Carefully turn your coin purse inside out through the opening. Use a pencil or similar tool to push out the corners and ensure a neat finish. Once it's turned right side out, hand stitch the opening closed.
5. Adding Embellishments: Using fabric glue or other strong adhesive, attached your embellishments. Let glue dry. You can also use a jump with to add a charm to the zipper!
